A typical wet-weathered start to the day, but all that did was put the slick on the grassy starts of the first few hazards; it did nothing to help chop up the usually swampy, usually muddy run by the dam. DAM! there's no mud was more the cry to be heard. The only stuck vehicle in the morning was Trent's cruiser

Club Runs
Club runs are normally (unless otherwise enthusiastically arranged), so let's say "traditionally" held the 3rd Sunday of each month (depending on the availability of properties... vehicles.... etc....).
So, the 'set' dates for the rest of the 2011-12 club year are:
22 January - Date has been moved a week to accommodate this busy time of year. Meet 8am at Lookout Hill, before heading out to Maungakaramea. There is a shiney track as well as plenty for the rougher trucks. Might make it to the waterfall (bring swimmers...? or a change of clothes)
19 February - Okaihau. Mark's making the arrangements - details to follow shorthly...
18 March - Ruapekapeka fun day.
15 April -
15 May -
